Hi everyone! I wanted to wish you all a Happy New Year (or a Hoppy Ni Yay as I like to say it!). Especially Jordin (seeing as though this is her site and all). Whatever you pray happens for you in 2008 (I guess that would be this year), I really do hope that it happens.

It's 2:40 AM (EST) and I can't get to sleep. However, my vision is going bad (I can't look at computer screens too long without glasses). I thought about writing in my diary but, surprisingly, I just didn't feel like it. I was going to watch TV, but that's a long walk to the living room (LOL!). Besides, if I go in there, I'll have to see the Christmas tree and all the gifts and that just makes me anxious. Anxious to open my gifts?

When I first put the disk into my CD player, I skipped pass #1 ("Tattoo"), because I'd heard it sooo much on the radio. So, the first song that I heard was #2 ("One Step At A Time"), which was the song that she really reeled me in on. The song hit so close to home for me. I loved #3 and #4 as well, but I became really exicted about numbers 6, 7, and 8. "God Loves Ugly" (#12) filled with tears as I listened because it's the way that I've always felt, and that I'm sure so many other girls (and guys) have felt as well. It's a great song and it's extremely inspirational.
