Jordin, I'm very proud of you loosing the weight, but when I heard you on the Today show saying, it is so easy, why doesn't everyone do it! I want to ask you to send the right message to people, loosing weight is not easy for everyone. Especially if you are not in your early teens or tweens. It takes hard work, and constant staying power. I know of what I speak having delt with it all my life, and also being asked to work for one of the major weight loss companies. You can cheat here or there a little, that is a major mistake dieters make, because a little becomes more and more ie: Kristie Alley second time around. With that being said, next time you speak about weight, PLEASE STRESS IT IS NOT THAT EASY, if it was we all would be doing it. I wish you luck, you look super, but don't be fooled, you are a young person still and it is easy to drop the weight now, I know I dropped 50 pounds in 5 months at 18. Now no, much harder as you get older. I'm passionate about it, because heavy people get such a bad rap. Thin or heavy I will always fight for the heavy people, because society treats them different, and that is wrong. Thank You!

Jordin - I, too, was raised by my parents to remain a virgin until marriage and when I heard you were as well, I thought "Finally, a role model for young girls so they won't feel like EVERYONE is having sex." After hearing what you said on the Today Show I had to find a way to contact you! Every young girl out there is watching YOU. When boys whisper in their ears that everyone is doing it, they can honestly say that one person isn't - you. I am a 33 year old who is waiting until marriage and I do not regret it one bit. Yes, I do get those "feelings" but they go away. Why would I want to make such a major decision based on a feeling that goes away? I refuse to share my body and my spirit with someone who may "seem" worthy at the time but turns out not to be. Everyone looks back and says "What was I thinking when I dated him?" but at least I don't have the burden of knowing that I shared my body with that person. I don't know any female who hasn't regretted giving their body to the wrong person. I understand that we are two different people who think two different ways, but please keep in mind that young girls need you to remind them that it's okay to wait.
NEW, That is wonderful, if she can stick to it. Britney Spears also said she was, and she wasn't. I'm not saying Jordin will, I'm just saying time will tell. Everything seems so easy, until the snake crawls out from the rock.
