This song is just beautiful...from the piano entry,it gives one a sense of something being fragile,slowly tearing away the tough layers of the heart that are meant to protect it. I mean in order for me to enjoy the song I have to be vulnerable...bt at the same time,its so upbeat,and that gives a feeling of hope. Hope that there will be better days...bcoz only those who have hit rock bottom know what true joy is. Its the same with life. You can't say your favourite ice-cream flavour is chocolate,if you've only ever had chocolate flavoured ice-cream. You can't appreciate a friend being there if they are ALWAYS there,you have to know what it feels like not having them there,so that next time they are there,you know it means a lot. The same with this song. It's somebody's rock bottom, yet somehow,u can tell they will have better days. When you're down in the dumps...all alone, somewere deep down, there's a glimmer of light that just doesn't give up no matter howmuch it rains...look inside yourself,cz thats were hope lies. Where there is life,there truly is hope. even if it is too hard to recognise cz ur so blinded by the pain. Neva give up
