New CD??
Hello, I'm Gerald, I just bought Jordin's new CD and well I don't understand what happened, I love the song Tattoo and thought the cd would have songs simular to Tattoo, but I am very disapointed in the new cd, I don't like any of the songs. Did she get a new manager or something?

I like what Jordin has done on the cd, in fact I love it. The clapping can get a bit annoying after awhile, but the songs themselves are great! All the other songs are so different from Tattoo because obviously she wanted to have a big variaty of songs on her cd, and that worked out well. I think one of the ones that is the most like Tatoo (not in storyline, but more the same type of music) is Permanent Monday, which is a great song. I agree with funky_witch when she says that some of them were different and took a bit of getting used to, but I love them all now. What didn't you like about the songs anyways? I mean they are are all totally different from eachother, but what did you not like about them? A good way to get used to the songs that you don't like is to find the lyrics and look at the songs that you can relate to. I think I said that in another forum too.

i agree that this album is a big mixture of music but it melds together so wonderfully
and i love each and every one of the songs to some degree or other
it grew on me from the first listen to now and i listen to it everyday

i agree tht there should be more voice and less clapping. but jordin wants her album to be different and to stand out, and it did. And she her voice is amazing, and it stood out the most in permanent Monday. i hope that her next album will also be amazing

It's a good CD, the songs and lyrcs are absolutley contagious (if I can just take out or lower the background). I can't stand the electronic clapping that is in all but 3 songs? Jordin has a consistant drive in her voice and energy why add the electronic to constantly bring your ear to the down/back beat of nearly every song. I wanna hear and remember the voice of Jordin not the dang count timing of the song.
More voice-less electronic clapping please!

Well, i got her CD too, and i think its AMAZING! and most of her fans think tht its amazing too! and just because some of her songs r different than tattoo doznt mean tht they arent good. The gr8 thing about this album is tht all the tracks r different from each other which suits evry1's taste. And for some songs (like : freeze,young & in love, and See my side), i didnt like them at first.. but after listening to them a few times i LOVED THEM!!
