hi jordin!!! my name is daquan, and i'm from huntington, ny. umm..... just for the record, im not a fan, or an admirer of yours. im a person that loves you for the artist that you've become, for the family girl that you always were, and just for you being the beautiful, gifted, intellegent, kind, loving, and independent young woman you are and always will be. i myself pray for you, your family, your friends, and everyone else you know thoughout your life every night before i go to sleep. i dream of one day meeting you, and instead of me sending this to you, i can tell you in person what im writing to you. i was there when you went to the american idol auditions in east rutherford back in august '08. i saw you in the flesh for the first time in my life!!!!! i was in section 207 screaming to you,"i wrote you on myspace!!!!" you were my main source of inspiration for me trying out for a.i. that season. cause i wanted to have the same title you have, an american idol crown. you were the youngest to do it, and i wanted to be the first to really have a reason to win something like idol. i come from nothing, and im trying to use the gift that god gave me.... which is to sing. i also wrote you a song that i hope you can use for your next album. i thought of you the whole way through while writing it, and you'll love it when you read the lyrics and hear how the song goes. the song is called "spotlight". i put alot of work into it, and i hope you'll use it. when you get this, just hit me back up when you can. best of luck to you and hope too meet you in person soon!!!!!! ohh..... if you want to e-mail me... my address is: tillery_daquan@yahoo.com. thanks so much for hearing me out jordin , you're a lifesaver. see you later..... byeeeee!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I was watching the VMAs the other night and I was wondering why you could say something so judgmental and hurtful, and say people who don't wear promise rings "wants to be a slut."
I respect people who choose to wear one, but I never intend to. Do you assume that I am a slut?

Hi Jordin. My name is Alyssa and I'm in Colorado Springs (but I'll be in Pueblo Aug. 20) Colorado. I have a major question. How do you get the courage to sing in front of people? I would try out for AI and sing for my community.....if only i didn't get so scared when people watch me. You make it look so easy. You are my idol. I was happy when you said in a 'People' magazine (or something related to that) about how you like your body as is. I'm all for you!! You are MY idol in every way. Keep up your work what a beautiful person and a voice! You are just what the music business needed. It's hard to find talent like yours, especially at your age.

my name's megan and live in PA and i have a few questions for you. i'd love to hear back!
1. If you could duo with any person on American Idol from seasons 1-7, who would it be and why?
and
2. Do you think it would be fun to have an American Idols ALL-STAR season ? where like previous contestants from all seasons came back and competed against each other? Would you come back and have fun with it, or do you think it'd be too like stressful/a waste of time?
and
3. Any idea when you'll have another album coming out? are you gonna write more songs on this one ? i love your debut album. and the acoustic versions of NO AIR and TATTOO
but i also heard you sing a song you wrote on the American Idols Live! Tour, and i really liked it. I'm excited to hear even more amazing stuff from you!

Hey Jordin,
and I want to see if you can come to at least a cd signing or something Im going on 15 on December 27.pretty young huh but what brings me up when im sad is 1 (timothy 4:12) yea i have it as a book mark cause when i read and im feeling kind of sad i see it and i know that i can set so many examples. My dreams have always been to get up on a stage and sing my little heart out. Literally when i was a kid i used to sing for my brother but he was small and i used to have dreams about how i was on stage and had so many fans. sometimes i don't think thats impossible.. I love to sing in school i get in trouble alot cause i sing so much my brothers sometimes get to annoyed b-caz I sing day in and day out. You are my inspiration.. and my idol forever some people think im nuts cuz i always listen to ur songs itz jus that i can relate to all of them in some way.well i just wanted to see if you can ever do something close to this small town In san angelo or odesssa um any ware close to dis smallest town ever............

Also, recently my grandfather passed away and my grandmother was having a hard time, but when she heard your song "One Step At A Time," she uses it to help her get through some of the hard times and i would just like to thank you for that. I was just wondering how you got your name because my sister's name is Jordan, with an A obvously, and she is named after Michael Jordan.
Also I wanted to know how and why you chose One Step At A Time, Now You Tell Me, Permanent Monday, Freeze, Tattoo, and No Air for the songs you sang on the Alica Keys Tour.
