Nice try Jordan, but you may want to try a new event coordinator. This was the worst event I have ever attended. Over crowded and for $100 vanquished to a parking lot with no heat, no food, no chairs/tables. Thanks for nothing. Upset donator...

I attended this event today and was extremely disappointed. If I could assign a rating on a scale of 1-5 I would rate it a -10. I purchased 5 tickets to take my nieces and sister to see Jordin perform at the Skye Restaurant. The promotional literature on this site and Ticket Master falsely advertised this event. The event time was to be 3:00pm to 5:30pm and there were to be 3 other Idol finalists performing with Jordin. Instead, the event wasn't in the Restaurant, but in a tent in a parking lot next to it. The sound system was terrible and voices squaked from time to time, sounding like a badly played clarinet. There were no chairs and it was standing room only. (There were a couple rows of chairs but these were for certain people. So we stood for 2.5 hours on concrete and my neices could not see the stage over the people in front of us. The concert didn't start until about 3:40pm. We had to listen to no name groups until Sanjhiah sung a song or two, followed by 2 songs by Chris Richardson and 2 by Melinda Doolittle. In between, there was a representative from a radio station who seemed to be stalling and he was terrible. Finally, after 5:00pm, Jordin came out and sung 3 songs and that was it!!! I paid $25 per ticket for all of this and am furious that this event was misrepresented and that we did not get what we expected and paid for. I expected seats in the venue (SKYE restaurant to see a live concert with a good sound system, and Jordin Sparks singing the majority of the time. I am requesting my money be refunded and want to hear from the responsible party (NX Level Entertainment) as to why this event was misrepresented or I will seek out the responsible parties and hold them responsible for not giving the attendees what they paid to see. I know this was for charity, but I still want my money back so I can donate it somewhere else! I'm sorry, but a tent located in a parking lot was not where this event should have been held. For my neices, this was their first experience at a concert and they were disappointed and bored. The sound was so poor, that they had to cover their ears. These were not younger girls, but 11 and 14 year olds. I was embarassed that I took them to see it. THIS WAS A DISCRACE!!!!
