“Battlefield” is a hit! Already it is #1 at radio in Singapore, #3 at radio in Australia, and #4 at radio in New Zealand! Congrats Jordin! Keep up the great work!

Jordin Sparks has now done it all. She is releasing a book entitled “One Step At A Time”. It is a 96 page book geared towards young ladies getting ready to take that next step into college life. 1) At the age of 17, Jordin became the youngest winner of American Idol with a record-breaking 74 million votes. Since that massive win, Jordin has had two Top 10 US hits, a Top 10 Europe hit, a #1 in Australia and over 1.6 million units sold off the first album alone. Her first single off of Battlefield is already Top 20 in the US, UK, Australia, and several other countries.

Did you know Jordin wrote 2 songs on Battlefield? The new album (out July 21st) shows a more mature Jordin and gave her the chance to experiment with some new sounds, like the electronic dance song ‘S.O.S.’ Even with these new sounds, Jordin’s still the soulful ballad singer you know from Season 6 of Idol.
