Even though you will be sorely missed in the upcoming concert tour, it's best to rest that awesome voice than to push and cause permanent damage. So glad your doctor prescribed vocal rest!

Maybe when you do tour you can schedule a few concerts in Oregon ??? Hope so anyway.
