Cancer Claims Another...
I am just asking for everyone to pray for my family. My grandfather died this morning a little after 5:00 AM. He has had lung cancer for some time now. He was tired and ready to go, and although we know this, it's a harsh reality still. He lost his toe when I was about 10, and his leg when I was around 13. I know how you all (and myself) prayed for Wendy and now you're praying for her family and friends. I don't mean to intercept the prayers going up for them, but if you could... pray for my family too. My grandma is having a really hard time right now.

Thanks to all of you! We had the funeral on Saturday and we're all feeling much better. Obviously, we're not done grieving but at least we're starting to SLOWLY move forward. I really appreciate all of you!

Cancer really affects people in many ways. Im so sorry for your loss. Atleast now he is in a better place and he is not suffering

Im sorry. I can imagine how hard it is. Both of my Uncles have died, and One of them had Lung Cancer. He was having a very hard time. He lost his leg when I was Tiny. I felt really bad for my cousin, because they were SO CLOSE. I didn't see him much, so it wasn't as bad for me. But, I was very close to my other uncle who died. Now, My Aunt has Emphysema, and She has slowed down a lot this past year. I will pray for your family, and keep you in my thoughts. Hopefully it will start to get easier for your Grandmother.
