How is Jordin's recovery from her vocal cord injury going?
Hi
just wondered if any one has heard how Jordin is coming along after her vocal cord injury. For the most part I have personaly read on Amercian idol's web site and on this site that she is expected to make a full and complete recovery. I have heard only one negitive report that she may not sing again, which I sincerly hope is not the case. I know an injury like she suffered must take at least a month or so to compelety heal and and another week or so for her to rest her voice..but hopefully she will be back with that amazing voice of hers soon...I hope her mom blogs soon as she shold be able to up date us better than any one else
warm wishes
Delta

Jordin was in Kansas City Last night and she said her voice is better and that she is back. She sounded awesome.
hello to Roger and Funky-witch
thank you both for the input...I think Jordin is amazing..and I am no teenager..I'm a mom and a very young gram-ma....that young lady has a very special gift and i am not just talking about her voice..she is truly as beautiful on the inside as she is on the outside...I sincerely believe she is a star that will shine for many years to come...I have heard her compared to a young Mariah Carey...and that may be true in a small way...but Jordin is her own person with an amazing voice...and her honesty, sincerity, talent and beauty speak for themselves.
warm wishes, Delta

Hi:
My name is Roger and I am a retired pastor aged 67, a music lover and a sports fan. I am keeping Jordin in prayer for a complete recovery.
In all of the sports events which I have ever attended or listened to on the radio or seen on TV, I have never heard our National Anthem sung more beautifully or more movingly or more powerfully than when Jordin sang it this year at the Super Bowl. It made me more proud than ever to be an American, proud in the good sense of being humble about my own desire to be a better person and citizen.
Peace.
Roger
